2. What Data We Collect

As part of registration, identity verification (KYC) and use of the Service's features, the Operator may collect the following categories of personal data: identification data (first name, last name, date of birth, place of residence), contact data (email address, phone number), identity document data (passport, national ID card, driving licence), financial data necessary to process deposits and withdrawals, technical data (IP address, device data, cookies), as well as data on the user's activity within the Service, including transaction and betting history.

3. Legal Grounds and Purposes of Data Processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of the user's consent, performance of the service agreement, legal obligations arising from anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing legislation (including NOPML, NORUT0, NOIS), and the Operator's legitimate interest. 7. User Rights

The user has the right to access their personal data, to have it rectified, erased, and its processing restricted, to data portability, as well as the right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
