Responsible Gambling
Parimatch (an entity operating as Parimatch Tech Ltd, Curaçao eGaming license no. 8048/JAZ, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board) treats responsible gambling as a fundamental element of its operations. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way of solving financial or emotional problems. This page presents the rules, tools and sources of help available to Customers using the moneystore.pl service who wish to maintain control over their gambling activity or need support in this regard.
Age and Customer verification rules
Parimatch's services may be used exclusively by persons who have reached 18 years of age or the minimum gambling age applicable in the relevant jurisdiction, whichever is higher. The Operator applies identity verification (KYC) procedures aimed at confirming the age and identity of the Customer prior to enabling a withdrawal of funds, as well as in other cases provided for in the regulations. A breach of the age rules results in the immediate blocking of the account and the taking of appropriate action provided for by law.
Self-control tools available on the service
Parimatch provides Customers with a set of tools enabling them to independently manage their gambling activity on the moneystore.pl website. The Customer may contact the Support Team at any time or use the relevant account sections to implement the limitations listed below.
- Deposit limits – restriction of the maximum deposit amount within a chosen period (section /deposit-limits)
- Loss limits – setting an upper threshold for permissible losses (section /loss-limits)
- Bet limits – restriction of the maximum amount of a single bet (section /bet-limits)
- Time limits – control of the time spent on the platform (section /time-limits)
- Cool-off – a temporary suspension of access to the account
- Self-exclusion – permanent or temporary exclusion from the game through the Support Team
Self-exclusion
A Customer who believes that gambling is beginning to negatively affect their life may, at any time, submit a self-exclusion request by contacting the Support Team. Self-exclusion is voluntary in nature and results in the account being blocked for a specified period or for an indefinite period. During the self-exclusion period, the Operator does not contact the Customer for marketing purposes and does not allow a new account to be opened. A decision on self-exclusion may be taken only at the Customer's request or, in exceptional cases, at the Operator's initiative.
The Operator's right to exclude a player
Parimatch reserves the right to unilaterally exclude from the game a Customer in whom signs of problem or excessive gambling dependence have been observed, including signs that may indicate mental health disorders related to gambling. The Operator maintains an internal system for monitoring risky behaviour and proactively contacts Customers in whom potential risk signals have been identified, offering support or appropriate restrictions.

Customers seeking additional help or information on the subject of problem gambling may contact independent organisations specialising in this field.
